Theatre is advertising 'The Taylor Co.' and 'Queen of the Highway'. Known earlier as the Madison St. Theatre, then Cordray's Theatre, it was originally built as a store. The Lincoln Hotel is in the background at 4th Ave. and Madison St.' Index card verifies date as 1892.
