OLD ALCOHOL PLANT RESTAURANT

Welcome to Bootlegger Rays in The Old Alcohol Plant Restaurant. You're now
sitting in what will soon become our main lounge, with dancing to live music.
For the time being, we're having the pleasure of serving our meals here in the
area used as the boiler room during the short-lived production of wood alcohol.
After cooking, the alcohol was moved to the adjacent building and stored in
oaken vats. Presently that building houses the Villa Marina Lodge hotel rooms,
townhouses, and penthouse. The near future will show completion of the outdoor
swimming pool, exercise gymnasium with heated lap pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, tennis
courts, and additional moorage slips to accomodate the boaters!
The history of the Old Alcohol Plant, as well as the future plans, are outlined
in brochures placed about the lobby. Please help yourself 1!
